You agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt platform infrastructure; (b) execute automated Denial-of-Service attacks or aggressive scraping against our endpoints; (c) utilize our utilities to process illegal, abusive, infringing, or malicious content; (d) circumvent rate limits, security controls, or authentication mechanisms.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Toolxilla utilities are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. While we perform rigorous automated testing and mathematical verification on all calculators, compressors, and parsers, Toolxilla is not liable for errors, data corruption, or business interruption.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All brand assets, software architecture, UI design tokens, documentation, articles, and graphics on Toolxilla are the proprietary intellectual property of Toolxilla Inc. User-generated content and processed files remain the exclusive property of the respective user.
6. Limitation of Liability
