1. DMCA Notice & Copyright Policy
Toolxilla complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). It is our policy to respond expeditiously to legitimate notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the formal statutory requirements of the DMCA.
2. Client-Side Processing Note
Please note that Toolxilla does NOT host, store, publish, or publicly distribute user-processed files. Images, PDFs, and text processed through our tools exist transiently in the user's local browser memory and are discarded when the tab is closed. We do not maintain public file archives or file sharing links.
3. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that original editorial content, blog articles, or branding published on Toolxilla infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to legal@toolxilla.pro including: (a) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (b) Identification of the allegedly infringing material with specific URL; (c) Your contact information; (d) A statement of good faith belief; and (e) A physical or electronic signature under penalty of perjury.
